"How To" Edit an Order


This feature lets you edit/modify a customers order.  For example: A customer may submit an order to their contractor and then decides to add another paddock or product.  The contractor can change these details and update the order without having the customer submit another order.
This feature can only be done when if theorder has not yet been
Accepted or Assigned.
Note: This feature is 
applicable to Contractors only.
 


  1. Click on the JOBS tab
  2. Click on the Assigned tab
  3. Select the order
  4. Click on the Edit Map button
  5. The order will open in the standard order screen and you can change what is required
  6. Click Update Order>Submit
  7. Click either Create Another Order or Return
